Do you direct bill my insurance, MVA, or WCB?
Yes, we direct bill Sun Life, Canada Life, Manulife, Blue Cross, Alberta MVA claims, and WCB. Most patients pay nothing out of pocket at the visit. Bring your insurance card or claim number to the first appointment and we’ll handle the setup.
How fast can I get in for an appointment?
Most new patients are booked within 24 hours, and same-day appointments are often available. If you’ve been in a car accident, we prioritize you under Alberta’s 10-day MVA treatment window. Call or book online to grab the next opening.
How much does a physiotherapy session cost if I don't have benefits?
A standard one-hour session is paid out of pocket if you have no extended health coverage — exact pricing is given upfront with no surprise add-ons. We never recommend more sessions than you actually need, and you’ll know your treatment plan and total estimated cost after your first visit.
Will I see a real physiotherapist or get handed off to an assistant?
You’ll see the same registered physiotherapist every visit, for the full hour, every time. No aides, no rotating staff, no being parked on a hot pack while someone else works on the next patient. That’s the core of how we work.
